*Evolve in Crystal Lake on Fridays 12am-2pm
Monthly Rates:
*60 minute Coaching Packages:
1 coaching session a month = $75.00
3 coaching sessions a month = $210.00
*30 minute Coaching Packages:
1 coaching session a month =$55.00
3 coaching sessions a month: $150.00
Extra 5% off when you schedule more than 3 sessions in a month.
*15 minute power sessions: $35.00
*Email coaching: $30.00 a month unlimited email contact.
*Group sessions or couples coaching offered by request. Prices may vary.

*Personal goal setting, challenges, and between session development
*Session reminders/updates
*Follow up email/recap email after each session
*Unlimited email/calls between sessions for support, to share achievements etc...
*Weekly newsletter or monthly (if desired)
Including: What's new/updates, inspirational quotes, stories, recipes, community info, etc...
Extras:
*$10.00 gift cards for signed referrals
